By downloading or using Stroke Calendar or any mimiapps application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Stroke Calendar is a simplified calendar application designed for accessibility. It reads and displays events from your device's calendar. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
This app is designed to assist with daily calendar management. It should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, medical reminders systems, or emergency services. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions. The developer is not responsible for any missed appointments, medication reminders, or other events.
The app offers an optional subscription at $0.99/month with a 7-day free trial. Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All calendar data stays on your device. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
The app, its design, code, and content are owned by Alexandre Corsino. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexandre Corsino shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to missed events, lost data, or any indirect damages.
We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free from errors. We may update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
